Getting Ready for the Holidays!

Three more days until Thanksgiving...it's hard to believe! Time just goes by so very fast...I want to make sure I get the most out of each day.

I've added a few...what I call...holiday items. I'm not particularly into sparkly jewelry..so this is as close as I come to being festive. To be honest...I kinda like a  little sparkle this year. So, I may even add a little more!

I love what I call my 'let it snow' necklace. I used the little white farfalle like
snow flakes. I think it's very holidayish. The earrings have little topaz crystals
and even thou yellow is'nt a traditional holiday color...I think they still
look very festive!

I'm planting my Amaryillis bulb tomorrow...I seem to have a touch of the
Christmas spirit already!

Thanksgiving Sale!! Attitude of Gratitude!

I'm very grateful this Thanksgiving and approaching the Christmas holidays! I'm grateful everyday...for an abundance of the important things...a love, joy and peace in my heart that I never had.

Looking forward to spending some time with my friends! Not to mention, eating some delicious food!

New Listings at SixtyEastDesigns!

I have several new listings in my shop...most of what I've made recently
are from my bead stash. It's amazing what is waiting to be made from...in my case...a very messy work space. I'm waiting now for some waxed
linen...to make what may be a great necklace...I hope. I will post pics when it is finished. That and maybe one more thing will be the last of what I make for this year. Hopefully I will sell a few things over the holidays!

Something New For Me!

It's been awhile since I posted anything...I'm really excited about these Cagay Slice Beads I got from Shannon Le Vart. I wanted to wait until I got some Ice Resin...like your supposed to use...but I could'nt. I already had some Diamond Glaze...so I used it. I think it turned out well, but I'm going to order some Ice Resin after all...I have three more beads!

New listings on Etsy

I'm really excited about some of my new listings on Etsy! I've been incorporating Bohemian-Inspired jewelry into my designs....I have liked it for some time and am finally getting around to doing it. It seems to fit well...after all I'm really an old hippie at heart! I've got some more stuff coming soon that I really like. I love using 'nature-inspired' components into my designs....especially birds..I love birds!
